Stanley Aguzie

Am a thespian from Imo state I was raised in Warri Delta Sate, I schooled in Delta state also, I started show biz in 2005 I same state with a group Named Social Variety Club.

Acting for me started from the stage, I did lots of stage dramas, some I acted, directed and produced myself, I did my first television production in 2007 titled YOUTH AND ELECTION a script writing and screen played by me for Delta Rainbow Television. Edjeba, Warri (DRTV) and Delta Broadcasting Station. Asaba (DBS). A TV production for a programme called Youth Forum, Anchored by Obes Isonghiyor.

I moved to Lagos in 2008 I travelled and returned in 2010 then started Acting again after lots of failed attempts to produce my personal movies.

My pursuit for my career is not a desperate one; I am applying a slow, steady and surely approach. I have featured on few Nollywood good movies like Brothers, Just Yesterday, Vengeance of Bullet, No Virus amongst few others and few best television series, like Tinsel where am currently playing Inspector Waziri, Super Stories, Clinic matters, The Benjamin’s And Papa Ajasko amongst Many others I shot and haven’t seen yet.

I so much belief I am different from others and my ethics of acting is not to be compared, as I don’t just belief am talented and that’s all like many others will say, it’s a God giving talent” Yeah it is; but u also needs to upgrade by studying or continuer practise, which I did. You can be gifted missing leafs to cure ailments but that doesn’t make u a medical doctor.

Lots of colleagues ask how I get my jobs, some belief is because I have international experience or that I know producers and production managers personally, come on, that’s not! I sometimes tell them it’s because am the only Stantorch in the World, LOL…. That’s a joke. Ok you want to know, the producers, Production Managers or executive producers invites me, test me with very few scenes and finally hands me over a big script, same people calls me up for other big jobs, having seen my performance on their past jobs. So I know you can now dig that.

I was born a writer, an instructor and an entertainer; they are lots of things about me that haven’t revealed it selves yet. But don’t worry pals I have gat lots of great things in store for you.

I have written good scripts, good articles, I have acted, I have directed musical videos, and I still direct all kinds of videos movies and music, I have promoted lots of artists, I have done great shows and I have produced A great Gospel Artist. These are things I have done.

And these are the things I want to do; I want do lots television commercials, I want to produce my great movies for the cinema and I have started my plan A, I want to sign some new artist, I want to open my new clothing line Stantorch Fashions and I want to get married to my new found love Nicky Minaj the American super star. #dreaming_large.

I know lots of people are looking at seeing me at the top! Don’t worry much; I am getting there soon.
